What do you see when you look at next week? Next month? Next year? What does 10yrs from now look like?
If you closed your eyes before reading this, what would you have seen?

You are bringing THAT closer to you. Don't love it? Then toss it.

You can edit your life every day! You can return the vision you had before reading this post. But what do you replace it with? You must spend time envisioning, literally, what it is you DO want. You must spend time with the vision you want.

It's seems to be the human condition, that most people don't align strongly with their deepest desires, their visions, until a bit later in life. Ironically, this also seems to be the time when women specifically feel they have to give up so much: "I'm too old to...wear that/act this way/cut my hair short..." blah blah blah! And when it comes to exercise and fitness in general, there is a cultural belief that getting older is a recipe for pain, low energy, excess weight, poor sleep. But the truth is, that's not true!

Aging poorly is a choice. Ouch? Sorry but it's true. Verifiable science shows us that we can be in the best shape of our lives at 50 yrs old and you can begin strength training at 70yrs old!

Have you dreamed of abundant health and vitality forever? Do you dream of a healthier, more mobile body? Do you envision greater work freedom?

What do you envision for yourself if you're no longer afraid to be honest about it? Spend some time daily on what it is you DO want and how you want to FEEL.

  • Start the execise routine you've been dreaming of but people have made you feel you shouldn't.

  • Pick up the weights!

  • Jump for joy on a rebounder!
