Virtual HIIT Class Description

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training technique where you give 100% effort through quick bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. No trampoline required.

30 minute class

HIIT Focus:

  • Improved Insulin Resistance

Virtual Hybrid Class Description

This HYBRID class combines our popular MOVE and BOUNCE classes. All fitness levels welcome. It's 45min low intensity cardio and strength training intervals, using your own body weight and/or 3-8lbs dumbbells…or soup cans! We'll guide you and offer lower and higher intensity modifications to meet your personal fitness and energy level.

45 minute class

It’s as easy as…

  1. Register for your class(s) via the online schedule 

  2. Log on to the Zoom class 10min before class begins. 

  3. Have 3-5lbs dumbbells or soup cans ready 

  4. Sign up for our email list - we email class reminders and zoom info regularly
